Vice President of Asset & Property Management

Lea Engels is Vice President of Asset and Property Management Services responsible for overseeing a portfolio of over 40 properties of varying asset classes throughout Connecticut and the Northeast. Lea has spent over 25 years as a real estate professional in various accounting and asset management roles. She has responsibility for equity asset management, portfolio management, and oversees the property management team. She started her career as a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG in Hartford, CT. In her previous positions at CIGNA, Hart Realty Advisors and Hamilton Point Investments, she held Director level positions and was responsible for accounting and reporting on real estate assets located throughout the U.S. She holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut, she has also completed graduate level course work in Business at the University of Hartford.
