One of our managed properties (5 Waterside Crossing) has a pond that is also inside our regular duties to maintain. This includes both testing the water and making sure it is clean and safe – and also keeping geese away.
The geese present both a hygienic and safety challenge for open water sources on commercial properties. We utilize the company below (Wild Goose Chase) to keep the geese away. This is one way in which dogs are used in property management to the benefit of our clients and tenants.
