Recently our Property Managers spent the day with our insurance company doing detailed inspections of one of our buildings at 890 North Colony, in Wallingford, CT. This is done periodically by insurance companies to ensure building safety and prevent major safety issues. Our PM’s decided to shadow these inspectors in order to help better serve our clients and tenants.
