For more than 75 years, the Lech family has developed commercial and residential properties throughout New England. Michael Lech, a graduate of Syracuse University, is the third generation to run the family business. He began in 1994 managing a residential construction company as well as several family-owned retail shopping centers.

After successfully forming and operating several real estate holding entities and a full service property management company, Michael Lech formed the Real Estate Asset & Development Company (READCO) in 1996 as an operating vehicle to manage and maintain the existing Lech family portfolio and to develop new retail projects.

Over the past twenty years, Michael has led his companies in developing and acquiring over $300M in real estate assets and managing over 2,000,000 square feet of properties throughout the Northeast—including numerous credit-anchored retail, entertainment, office, medical, industrial, and upscale residential properties.
