Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT Finds a New Home at 92 Eugene O’Neill Drive New London

Chamber of Commerce finds its new home in its old neighborhood…

The Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut is returning to its original hometown of New London.  Chamber of Commerce President and CEO, Tony Sheridan made the announcement of the new location and plan to create a regional business incubator space on Tuesday, March 22.  The Chamber is purchasing the property from READCO in a joint venture with the state.

Also present were New London Mayor Michael Passero, chamber board Chairman Stephen Coan, state Senator Paul Formica, state Anthony Nolan, and Governor Ned Lamont.  This center will be the hub for regional business development, technical training, apprenticeships, and entrepreneurial resources.

Preset before the festivities were property manager, Mary Woomer along with the maintenance team of Jim Foular, Rich Ortiz, and Rick Perez.  Mary and company readied the site in advance of the big announcement and press conference.
